Memorial benches can be at quiet reflective places, but are now proliferating so much that the Council is thinking of culling them.
My wife has already got my little brass plaque for this:
"When 'twas winter,
and his nose would drip, 
he'd like to gaze yonder,
and enjoy a quick blip".
