FOUND IN THE CHIVES PLANT

This insect emerged out of it at the window-sill. I looked fot its name but failed to find it, when it had disappeared again between the long stems.
It belongs to the Heteroptera.
It snowed for a very short time in the morning, later it rained. A very dark day. 
Mischa phoned and we had a close contact together.
