Gorgeous spring bursting forth

It is still so cold in the wind but in my South facing border sheltered by the buildings spring is definitely in evidence.
I had a much needed treatment today and have paced my day carefully since.  I am really hoping it relieves some of the discomfort.  
My youngest daughter drove down from Edinburgh today and having stopped for a cuppa she headed in to London to set up some of her art in an exhibition in London.  I am so excited for her.. We are much looking forward to seeing her for a brief night on Sunday.
