Found out today that my Wednesday customers have accepted an offer on their property, next week should have more information. They're planning to build an amazing property but that is some time away so I'll have to wait and see what happens, they've said they would like me to continue with them but there might be a need to find something else to fill the time space.

After that I visited mum to see what needs doing to repair her arbour. The extra is the plants in her conservatory, 

Dinner with RF was lovely, haven't eaten together for a couple of days.
