Mummy time!

Had a long day...got all 3 kids up and ready for school, briefed the plasterers, switched on the slow cooker, remembered everyone's water bottles and book bags and spare shoes, dropped kids at friends and got to work by 8.40...just in time for last minute lesson planning!!! Was glad to get home - especially as dinner was smelling great (the plasterers were pretty jealous!). Kids thoroughly enjoyed their chicken korma and it was a real pleasure to have 3 clean plates.
Chose this for today's blip as it makes me think of how lucky I am. Some days the kids drain every last bit of emotion and energy from my body, but today I sit here with all 3 soundly asleep and feel an indescribable warmth of love for my amazing children xx sleep tight
