To the Barbican with the Brother to see ‘Masculinities’ a (mostly) photography show, aspiring to define the male through a series of social types, soldier, cowboy, queer, athlete, leader, father etc...
Brother wanted more heroic photography, I ate it up in parts but left hungry for more complexity/fragility than the stereotypes allowed.
Definitely worth seeing, I would say...
