Snail Mail

Dear Diary,

This delightful book arrived in the mail a little over a week ago from another Blipfoto friend in Berlin, Germany.  I had made her a little needle felted hooded crow and as a thank you she sent a very generous donation for me to give to the Tomten Farm and Sanctuary as well as this book about a snail that goes in search of the answer to two questions, "Why are snails so very, very slow?" and "Why don't snails have names?"  Of course, I had to try my hand at making a felted snail and here is the result!  You know I name everything but I won't give away the story.  You'll have to read it for yourself and I am sure you will be charmed.
