Knaresborough

Beautiful sunshine and clear skies (for a change) in Knaresborough. The river Nidd has dropped again, although the level is still higher than normal. The lower promenade to the right of the photo was under water recently after the heavy rains. 
It was definitely quieter than usual here today.
This railway viaduct is probably one of the most frequently photographed in the area, but usually from the much higher viewpoint in the castle grounds.
