Abstract Thursday: Mundane

This is my small, electric grater which has different heads. This is the one I use the most for making my favourite  carrot and apple winter salad and a sauce made with freshly squeezed orange juice, cold-pressed organic rapeseed or olive oil and a touch of mustard.

I use this grater frequently.
