Harry Footer

A 2007 article in the local paper has some information on this. It opened in La Vale in 1950. Two brothers,Thomas and Harry Footer, opened a dry cleaner in 1936 in Cumberland. Edward Pallik, and his partner, Charles Zaks bought Footer Cleaners, which was in Cumberland, in 1946. They ran several drop-off locations, including this one, until the 1970s.
