Abstract Thursday - Under a Red Sky

Nothing mundane about daffodils, but they are everywhere at the moment, so perhaps they fit the sub-theme of 'mundane'... These have had a bit of multi-layer filter treatment and look like they've been transplanted to Mars.

When I took Morrigan out yesterday I noticed the drive belt guard was looking pretty rubbish. It takes a fair thrashing, I guess, and the paint had chipped and corrosion was taking a hold. 

It's off, and I've been running a wire brush over it before treating it to some Hammerite Smooth Black. Overall though, for a seven year old bike in need of a spring service, she's looking pretty good.
