Aging Beauty.....

This hydrangea has been growing in a pot in our garden. In the late spring, early summer the flowers are a pretty shade of pink. Now in late summer, almost autumn they are aging gracefully. They are part of a new selection of hydrangeas intriguingly called “You and Me Together”. A warm nor-west day, I managed to rake leaves off the dried out lawns. Due to the recent very painful injury to my tailbone, I am unable to kneel but using a rake and doing work at waist level and up is OK.
