Dishoom!

I had planned to go to Dishoom with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately when I tried to book, they weren't able to fit us in. On breaking the sad news to the group that we wouldn't get our delicious curry noms, one messaged me separately. "...we could go eat Dishoom another time..." And she had a point, so off we went!

Having stuffed ourselves with all of the tasty curry, there was a pudding I could have... Well it would be rude not to!

Basmati Kheer, a kind of rice pudding with a creme brulee style top and blueberry compôte! Delicious!

The rest of the friends are going to come for pot luck curry instead.
