Dishoom, the prequel.

In the autumn, I bought the Dishoom cookbook for G as a surprise as he loves their house black Dahl and we wanted to try cooking it.

Unable to go to Dishoom for birthday celebrations, I decided to organise a pot luck curry evening instead. Quick snap of the cookbook to inform guests I had recipes for their favourite dishes should they want them.
