Shingles

Mum had to get the doctor today to visit her as her face issues have deteriorated.  Initially she thought it was sinus on Sunday but now its full blown mess, swollen and raised and patches of red.  Looks as if she's had ten rounds with Tyson Fury!

The doc arrived and said 'how interesting'!  He hadn't seen this before, like shingles on the face only and wasn't sure that this is what it was but medication was dispatched for shingles along with antibiotics to kill the infection.

She would whip me if she knew I had put this picture anywhere, but I took it to compare if it recedes or get worse.  Poor Mum.

And this on the day of my dad's birthday :-(
