You might think...

... that cycling under the railway line could provide a little shelter from the downpour outside.

But not in the case of the archway known locally as One Arch. This is very prone to flooding, as this cycling demonstrates. 

When I approached the arch, I knew I would need a detour, especially when I met a woman heading towards me, wearing a pair of wellingtons which turned out not to be high enough for today's deluge.

It was worth waiting to take a few shots, particularly of this chap on the bike.
