A difficult day.

I received sad news first thing. My aunt had been rushed to hospital and placed on a palliative care ward.....to cut a long story short. My mum is in pieces, and I feel very far away!

A reminder of our own mortality, and the need to value life whilst we are privileged with it.

I took this picture after a conversation with my mother because the sign would tickle any of my family members. Can't think why.....?!
