A bit of colour

A trip over to Bolton for coffee with a friend before my osteopath appointment. Henna really worked on my shoulder  (I've overworked it at aqua) and my legs. She has told me to take my crutch to Spain on Thursday and so long as I have frequent rests I can walk without the crutch and walk further. 
This primrose is by my front door, poor thing is sodden!
