Celebrating the Organisation

Great morning listening to people across the City Council talking about the services they deliver. We began with speed dating and then moved to what was described as “Work Café” mode.

The range of really good practice and innovation is amazing, and a real privilege to listen to. I retire in 6 weeks time (and 5 weeks in practical terms), and am really proud that I’ve worked for the City Council. Over 25 years well spent.

I ended the day having my hair cut. The chap who cut my hair found the result hilarious (extra).
