Weather, water and Rotterdam

Tom and I went out early for a walk today in view of storm Jorge appearing this afternoon. My heart goes out to all the people who have been caught up in the floods this season. Miraculously Carlisle seems to have escaped.

Charlotte has flown out to go to Kims funeral in Rotterdam today. She went at silly o'clock with other Uni Equestrian team colleagues from Gatwick this morning and will be returning on her own later tonight. It's going to be very emotional for them all, especially with Kim being so young and her parting very premature. I can't even begin to imagine how her parents are feeling.
