Death of the high street.

We had to wait in for the postman as J was expecting a small package, and luckily he came earlier than usual. J  then dropped me in town while he went to the model shop. I managed to stay dry, although we had a wintry shower while I was in Home Bargains. I went to see how high the river was, but it has gone down a bit since yesterday, thank goodness. I took this on my way to the bus station, and you can see how quiet  town was. Hope you are all safe & warm.
