Jostaberry gin
Storm Jorge has enforced a day indoors. The time is usefully spent in processing the fruit-infused gins from last season. The process here involves sieving out the solids before filtering into bottles. Some of the fruits, particularly raspberries, are good to eat when tonic and maybe cream or yogurt are added; not sure about jostaberries.
