Moqueca

A day for the fire.
Buttermilk pancakes (Pancake Tuesday nearly passed me by. I didn’t have any actual pancakes). It seems these are the latest fad - they get my backing, and his too actually. Pity the ‘Maple’ syrup I bought was more syrup than maple, dammit.
ILDSA awards in the Trident here in Kinsale in the afternoon, a lot of serious swimmers around the place.
And Brazilian Moqueca (fish stew) for dinner. Rice pudding for dessert, well not for me.
