Wind!

The sun and blue sky does not show the wind and cold at the front today! Mr L and I both walked up to the green, this is not normal because he doesn’t usually walk up, but drives. I have been nagging him about his lack of exercise and so when he suggested we both go, I had to agree. Torture for me because he walks so slow (arthritic knees and COPD) but I gritted my teeth and strolled, battling against the wind. The left hand picture shows piles of deposited shingle, ready to be spread as increased sea defence, and using my new phone, Dungeness Power Station can clearly be seen in the distance.
