Bus driver

The bus driver in Kathmandu are almost exclusively young men. They like their music and stop for nothing, bar more passengers, holy cows or big trucks. This guy was pumping out "Sexy and I know It" when we boarded this morning on the way to work. He also had an argument with a policeman (and seemed to get away with it).

He also had an apple on his "bus shrine" for sticking his incense into. And a Buddha, and a picture of an unidentified Hindu God, and a knackered prayer wheel.

Work was a bit intense, but hopefully we can see light at the end of the tunnel and we can continue to contribute something positive to the cause of women and the youth in Nepal...
