Yesterday we thought it was a good idea to take the family out to dinner tonight on leap day to celebrate dil Anne’s new Amazon job that she starts on Monday after her whole department was laid off from Microsoft last June,.  also Oskar will be 15 next week and we most likely won’t see him then.  It’s so complicated to decide where to go with this group of 10 (Altho Fi had a birthday party and Nik ended up not coming as he was too tired from work and gym and Peter was working on putting a new floor in their tv room so that family ended up not coming…...after we had decided to just get Thai takeout instead of trying to outguess the restaurants on sat night and do we really want to go out in a crowd anyway?    Whew…so we ended up here with Eric and Anne for a lovely quiet chat about lots of things and just Oskar and you can see what he did.     Happy Birthday Oskar!   (He's getting a new hairdo next week)

Yes, WA state has the first US death from the coronavirus and I understand that the grocery stores are getting lots of panic shopping!     OH my, I only hope it could cost Trump the election!   Anne reminds us that Bill Gates long ago predicted a pandemic would occur….…
