Perfection

At OGH this afternoon as a chaperone for some wedding photography.  No sooner did they get there but they finished, so I missed the opportunity to get a wedding shot.  Never mind, they will send me a couple of images for Facebook.  I have to say the Bride looked totally miserable, so perhaps it's as well.

I went up to the milkweed bed, and I've never seen so many caterpillars.  They would have been hundreds.  They are stripping the plants bare, and I can't see any flowers forming so it doesn't auger well for next year's crop.

There are a lot of pupae as well, and clearly this one had only just hatched.  Stunning beautiful, would give any bride a run for her money.
