This new opening through the replacement bits on King's Stables Road would be more useful if they led to an accessible set of steps. The source of the wee monitors is unknown; the architecty-looking offices just up the road are unlikely to have used anything so small. They have perhaps been sitting in a dusty corner of the building they took down.
