Bliss

After a hard long night shift I had to have crumpets with whiskey marmalade and a cup of tea, one of those herbal jobs.

It was very quiet last night, hence it being long.

I'll probably be up in four hours time, I usually am.

If you're driving to work we have a saying in Newcastle "gaan canny and mind ye divert cowp yer creels" which basically means take care.
