Old faithfuls

I had a discussion with dorsetb earlier in the week about cookery books. These ones are definitely my most thumbed, and most used. Some even automatically open at one recipe.  I did have a very large number (M said about 200) , but had a cull recently, but I think all the ones left I’ve cooked at least one thing from. I think there’s about 100....
