Whats o n your hook?

Relaxing day. Church this morning, came home and lunch then went for a coffee. Almost finished the quilt for Abigale or the new baby. Just got to put tabs on one end so it can be a cover or wall hanging. Now sitting down watching countryfile and crocheting more balloons for Abigale.
No idea why but my back aches just below the shoulders. Trying to think what I may have done
