At the end of the day

A quiet day and the quickest walk ever - as soon as I stepped out of the door, the wind whipped up a frenzy and it started to rain big fat drops and my umbrella blew inside out!  So back home again. I didn't photograph anything at all except for these roses which are part of the year-long flower challenge.

An early night I think after a bad one last night when I was woken up by thunder and lightning and  couldn't sleep afterwards.

My bed with ergonomic pillow (no more stiff necks) and fluffy light duvet are waiting for me.
