Fence repair

In the recent high winds, the only bit of fence that isn't ours (and therefore wasn't replaced by us 2 or 3 years ago) finally gave way. So our neighbour J and husband did a temporary repair till she could get it replaced. That happened today. So now the dogs can't squeeze through the gap and chase her cat!
