Big Kitty Is Watching You

This house is so old that in its walls there are not only plenty of mouse holes but also several passageways that are big enough for my cats (plus an unknown number of martens). About a couple of years ago Fred decided that he needed a bit of light - and removed one of the boards above the front door (by crashing to the ground with it). Since then George has used the opening to meow at me when I come home.
