The future of computing?

I mean that in more ways than one. A £25 computer. Wish they had something like this I could have played with when I was a kid! Still, fortunately its not too late. Looking for a project.. any ideas? So far I'm thinking of building my own TFL bus/train countdown timer for the transport in my area, so I could put it up near the door.
