Almondell & Calderwood Country Park
It was windy this morning and a bit damp early on but not too bad considering, We went out west to Almondell & Calderwood Country Park for a walk this afternoon. The Almond has cut a surprisingly deep course and with the high water levels looked really powerful. The blip is the disused single track railway viaduct that crosses the gorge at 23 metres above the river, and the extra the view from the bridge looking downstream (NE).
