Essential

Mono Monday theme is “essentials”..... friends and lasting friendships are essential to my well being.   Can’t imagine life without friends, and I consider myself very fortunate to have many close friends.....one of these is pictured with me.
I couple of days back I confessed to buying a selfie stick, at the time  I ordered another for my friend shown here. 
We had some fun with setting them up this afternoon, and we took some photos with them. 
This photo confirms just how much I detest selfies.
Late afternoon Doug and I went for a walk, gosh it was so hot, we were very  pleased to get home and guzzle cold water as a reviver.
