'Just Hanging Out To Dry"

Well, I was going to blip something else tonight, but it'll have to be tomorrow instead as when John took me for a walk in my new wheelchair - (I won't be in it forever!) - we saw this DARTER anhinga rufa - well, that's what we think she is - drying out her wings, and she look rather cute just sitting there in the warmth on the washed up log on the river bank...
Apparently they are a common bird - it's range is most of the southern hemisphere and we have such a variety of water birds and others -'just around the corner'...

The blip was taken from a long distance, across to the other side of the Murray River, so I was pleased that it turned out...
