Snow time traffic jam shot

A shot from the A38 of a cottage in the snow. I was stuck for 3 hours, no gritters and lots of ice. Typical English winter Council behaviour. 7 people have lost their lives in the snow, so far. How long before we are prepared to spend a few bob on things like this, rather than war, weapons, translating the council parking regulations into 30 different languages, etc.
