delicious dessert

my boss bought a box of these dessert treats and handed them out in the office - very lucky to bag one as there were only ten, and over fifty staff.
Rhubarb pie sprinkled with what looked like raw sugar - bad, but so good - and a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream. Perfect dessert after dinner.
