A first for me!

We had a surfeit of milk so I asked Mike what he fancied by way of a dessert. Macaroni Pudding, he suggested! I'd never heard of a sweet macaroni dish, we couldn't find a recipe in any of cookery books but I found several on line. 

I decided on one and it turned out pretty well, like a sweet custard with pasta in it, but it wasn't quite as Mike remembered!  Never mind, I know where there are loads more variations to try!
