Reflections

I had a meeting early this afternoon and afterwards I called in on a friend who lived nearby on the off chance she was in. She was and was just about to eat her lunch and insisted I shared it with her - true friend!
On the way home I stopped by a local canal and took a few pictures just in case I didn't get anything else. The sky was lovely and blue with fluffy clouds and I liked the reflections in the canal. Unfortunately there had been the odd Mallard but they had gone by the time I took this - and the tow path was very muddy so I'm afraid this was as far as I was prepared to walk and this is all I took today! A bit sad for my 500th shot I had hoped to get something better.
