WoW ITS COLD...

Nothing like stating the obvious aha. well we had a lovely cold crisp walk in a forest not too far from us. It was so peaceful, purfect really you cant beat the sound of snow underfoot :) ok maybe the sound of wine pouring :)

Been back a while now and im still cold. The house is been filled with the smell of lamb curry Mmmm smells divine :P

For those of you who dont know I managed to lose 4lb last night! I was so happy I could have cried lol as you all know I wanted to get three off this week so 4 was a lovely bonus :) so thats 3st 9lb :) im well chuffed :)
