ApolloFly is hosting Mono Monday in March and her first theme was "essential". A thought provoking theme!
For me it is also essential to get connected with your soul.
A good way to do this is to go outside into the nature to feel and experience Mother Nature and to listen to your thoughts. In the best case you are accompanied by your love and your fury soulmate and enjoy their pure play in the fields :-)
