Riding The Lines

I broke my arm on a skateboard the first and only time I tried one, when I was six. It was a wood affair - thick and inflexible with stupid wheels. I'm sure this was my problem and not the 1 in 4 hill I was trying for my maiden run. I should have started in Copenhagen, apparently a bit of a Mecca for skaterboarders.
