First PT session for 5 months
First session back with the personal trainer for 5 months - I’ve missed it massively. Such hard work and intensity especially coming straight from work but always walk out feeling amazing! Make a block booking of 10 sessions. 1 per week. (Plus my personal sessions in between). It’s not cheap but you can’t put a price on feeling your best.
