Monday

A day on my own at work today as all my colleagues have deserted me but the upside was that I got to ride my bike to school at lunchtime and actually enjoy a little bit of spring sunshine.

Spicy chipotle prawns with a pineapple salsa for dinner tonight. But fancy for a Monday but pretty delish.
