Road Closed

This photo was taken right outside my front gate (yes, I do live next door to a pub!). Some numbskull has moved one of the road cones to allow other numbskulls (like White Van Man up ahead in the distance) to drive through by squeezing past via mounting the pavement. I’m almost tempted to go outside and physically move the sign to the centre of the road, but you’ll still get those who will do whatever it takes to avoid having to take a detour.
