...and Blu-tack's so obviously old-hat. I love this sign. There were, in fact, three of them, all banged into the outside of the house wall in the same manner. The sign warns car-driver (well, car-parkers to be more precise) that they're parking at their own risk as things have been falling off the roof/building. You get a lot of these signs in the city these days as the people who run the communal bits of the house are wont to claim that if there's a sign up, the house isn't liable for any damage. Others, on the other hand insist that the house has to possess general insurance which covers such accidents, anyway. Irrespective of what lawyers can get away with, I think the sign, and perhaps more; the way in which it is presented, is a sign of the house concerned!
