Culzean Castle

Such a beautiful day and even warm enough to have our lunch outside the Courtyard Cafe at Culzean Castle.

We enjoyed a wander and have already planning our next visit when some of the many magnolia buds we saw should be in bloom.

As well as the usual Robins and Chaffiniches we spotted a little Jenny Wren but her movements were just too quick for a photo.

The extra is a view of the Ayrshire coastline taken from the castle battlements.
